Refund Policy

We recognise that we live in uncertain times and would like to support you in attending one of our courses. If a course is cancelled due to COVID, or you are unable to attend due to South Australian state regulations, we will offer an online option, the opportunity to attend a future course, or a full refund.

If you need to cancel for other reasons, our policy is:

– Up to 6 weeks before: Full refund

– Up to 3 weeks before: 50% refund

– Less than 3 weeks before: No refund, 50% discount on future course
